About Hi-Tech Collision CARSTAR
At Hi-Tech Collision and auto body repair, our foundation has been, and always will be, customer satisfaction. Our most valuable advertising tools are the automotive repairs that we do for our customers and our car insurance partner’s.
We strive to be your Tacoma one stop mechanical repair shop with the ability to do car alignments, automotive air conditioning evac and recharge, diagnostic trouble shooting, air bags and all mechanical services from oil changes to full frame swaps. In addition, we are equipped to do motorcycle repairs and have a machine shop on-site.
Hi Tech Carstar has been I-Car Gold Certified for eight straight years. We have ASE certified estimators and a certified ASE master mechanic on-site. Our structural repair technicians are all I-Car welding certified and we offer a lifetime guaranty on all paintwork from our certified Tacoma paint shop.
About CARSTAR
CARSTAR was established in 1989 when the founder, Lirel Holt went forward with his plans for a network of shops. Holt worked in collision management for the 3M Company. He knew the auto collision repair industry well. He was a former shop owner, so he also knew how to run a business. Holt appreciated the concept of consistent customer satisfaction, and understood its value. He believed North American consumers would also.
Holt directed a great many industry workshops and addressed literally thousands of managers and shop owners. Holt told them how the collision industry lacked shops that consistently performed to the customer’s satisfaction. His network was eventually established by using business management experience, auto collision expertise, and former business contacts.
CARSTAR is committed to the same concepts that Holt demonstrated from the beginning. He believed true quality service consists of both quality repair work, as well as quality customer care. This is the recipe for customer satisfaction on a consistent basis. Holt’s original CARSTAR mantra: “Work hard, be honest and provide value,” is still the same today. This mantra is the foundation of our Spanaway Carstar location, and all others located in the Washington State area.
About the Founder
CARSTAR places a high value on doing things the right way. This pertains to all areas, especially issues like EPA compliance. Holt was Chairman of CCAR, the United State’s EPA compliance assistance center. He stayed abreast of collision industry regulations and requirements. Holt received a number of awards that are directly related to his collision repair expertise, management skills, and success with the CARSTAR franchise
